4. Shipping Policy

4.1 Delivery areas

Namelia’s initial delivery regions are the United States and the United Kingdom. Availability for a specific address, shipping methods and final costs are determined by the shipping address entered at checkout.

4.2 Origin of shipping

Orders can be shipped from different countries depending on the product, variant and fulfillment partner, often from China. Multiple products in one order can be shipped separately.

4.3 Personalization and shipping time

Personalization and processing time: expected 5 to 7 working days,

Transport time after shipment: expected 8 to 12 working days,

additional processing/safety margin: up to 2 working days,

expected total duration: regularly 15 to 21 working days.

Workdays are Monday to Friday, except public holidays at the respective production, shipping or delivery location concerned. The information is estimated unless a binding date has been explicitly confirmed.

4.4 Shipping costs

Standard shipping within the United States is free. Express shipping within the United States is available for USD 5.90. Shipping options and final costs for the United Kingdom are displayed at checkout when delivery is available.

4.5 Tracking of shipments

All shipments are generally shipped with tracking. Once the tracking data is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation. It may take 1 to 3 business days for the shipping service provider to show initial movements.

4.6 Taxes and import duties

According to the current shop and shipping conditions, applicable taxes and import duties are included in the displayed price or total checkout amount. Customers should not have to pay any additional taxes on delivery. Should an unexpected claim arise, please contact us before payment with proof of the claim.

4.7 Address changes

Please check the delivery address before completing the order. Changes can only be considered as long as the order has not yet been shipped or handed over to the shipping service provider. A subsequent change or redirection cannot be guaranteed.

4.8 Delayed shipments

If a shipment is traveling longer than expected, check the tracking information first and then contact our customer service. We will conduct an investigation if necessary. As a voluntary courtesy, we can offer a discount code for a later order in case of significant delays. Legal rights in the event of delay in delivery remain unaffected; Customers do not have to wait for an unlimited delivery.
